Step up to 13 lb when your boat is in the 17 to 24 ft range or you anchor where wind and chop pick up. This Harbor Line fluke anchor uses the classic pivoting-fluke design, so it sets fast and holds hard in sand and mud.
The galvanized finish stands up to years of wet use, and the flat folded shape slides into most anchor lockers. Add a length of chain at the shank to help it lie flat and set on the first try.
